- Easily mobile dining rooms for 22 people and an interior room for 8 seats

- Kitchen with complete kitchenware (cutlery, pots, plates, blender, coffee maker, gas oven and microwave), equipped with a refrigerator and additional freezer.

- Bathrooms are provided with toilet paper, body towel per person and hand and body soap

- 6 rooms (4 first floor and 2 second floor) that have complete sets of sheets, pillows, cushions and air conditioners:
