It's important to clarify that you'll be able to stay with your pets, but they're not allowed to use the pool or get on the beds or furniture. Towels are for human use and cannot be used to dry pets or other objects such as shoes. Family events such as birthday celebrations are permitted where guests are the only guests.

*Smoking is allowed, but outside the house, *Regarding pets, it is recommended to keep an eye on them so they do not damage the green areas or the interior, likewise, that they do not get into the pool, climb on the furniture and beds, please, if due to weather conditions you decide to wet or bathe the pets, it is important to dry them with the pets' own towels (Bring a bed, towels and other items for your pet) and not with the towels that are given to them for personal use, additionally, it is important to pick up their feces if they do it inside the house. * 1. Pets are not allowed in the pool, since they shed hair and body oil which is difficult to remove from the pool in a normal way and special products must be purchased for this maintenance, in case pet hair residue is evident, an additional value of 120 thousand will be charged to the client, since it is the cost of the special maintenance of the pool. 2. Pets are requested not to climb on furniture or beds to avoid leaving hair on them. 3. Since the temperature change for pets is abrupt, they sometimes need to get wet, please do not dry pets with the body towels left for them for personal use, it is recommended to use the pets' own towels, if you find traces of pet hair on the towels, you will be charged a value of 50 thousand for special washing of the towels. 4. Please, if pets do their needs inside the house, please pick up and clean immediately so that the floors do not get stained, if you find eses or pet urine inside the house, you will be charged 40 thousand pesos to pay someone to do this cleaning immediately.
